Our Consulting Process

Discover
The first step is to get to know each other: we clarify your initial situation, your goals and your expectations of the collaboration. Together we define the consulting assignment, the time frame and the roles and responsibilities. Only when there is clarity on both sides do we start the counselling process.

Analysis
We systematically analyse your current situation – e.g. using interviews, documents, processes or key business figures. The aim is to gain a deep understanding of your challenges, structures and potential. In doing so, we not only identify symptoms, but also the causes behind them.

Solution Design
Based on the analysis, we work with you to develop specific objectives and suitable solutions. In doing so, we pay attention to feasibility, cost-effectiveness and acceptance within the company. The measures developed are practical and realisable – not concepts for the drawer.

Implementation
Good ideas only become effective when they are implemented consistently. That’s why we actively support you in implementing the agreed measures – whether as a project manager, coach or sparring partner. We strengthen your internal resources and help you overcome obstacles.

Evaluation
At the end, we check together whether the desired goals have been achieved. To do this, we measure results, obtain feedback and reflect on the overall process. In this way, we create transparency, ensure the sustainability of the changes and identify possible next steps.

Ongoing Support
A professional conclusion rounds off the consulting process. On request, we are also available to you afterwards – e.g. for a follow-up, in-depth measures or the moderation of internal workshops. After all, sustainable development sometimes requires staying power.
